We offer FREE SHIPPING in Australia. Rates for other countries are below.

Doormats are painted to order within 6 business days max. Express Post will not speed up processing time, only postage time once your order is painted.

Once your order is made, we ship from North Kellyville in Sydney, Australia. If you can’t wait for your order to arrive, you are welcome to pick it up. Otherwise, standard shipping times are:

AUSTRALIA:

• Standard: 2-8 business days. FREE!
• Express: 1-4 business days. Flat rate of $10.
• If you require insured shipping, please contact us directly for a quote. 
• Note: All packages are posted as 'authority to leave'. If you would like to sign for your package, please let us know in the notes section of the shopping cart. 

• Standard: 6-27 business days.  Flat rate of $25AUD

• Standard: 6-27 business days. Flat rate of $50AUD.

You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipping. 
Once your package is with the shipping agent, we are not responsible for delays (as much as we'd love to help out!) nor are we responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect addresses given or failed attempts to deliver. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customer. Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Likewise customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order.
