Satisfaction guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your mat, let us know within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll replace it or refund it.
To request a return, you can contact us at welcome@matsamore.com.au. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please be aware that coir, as a natural product, may be lighter in some areas, darker in others, have small patches of denser or sparse hair. All our mats are super high quality and hand-picked, but due to the hand-made nature of the product, each mat will have its own quirks and slight variations from what is shown on screen.
Our mats will be printed EXACTLY as inputted by you, including punctuation. Be sure to type your text EXACTLY as you would like it printed. E.g. The Smith Family.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
